How it works

The truck was short.The invoice was not.

Forward the purchase order and the invoice to your shop’s Pay or Hold address. App coming soon. Today, scan the packing slip from a saved link. We normally email the answer the same business day. If we can’t read a line clearly, we mark it Hold and say why.

    You already have the order

    The purchase order is in email or on the office desk. It names the part, how many, and the price. In this bill, both parts are $18.40. Forward it to your shop's Pay or Hold email address, or set your inbox to forward POs automatically.

    Photograph the slip on the dock

    App coming soon. Today, open the receiving link in the phone browser. No password on the dock. Take one photo. We read the PO number from the slip. The dock signed for 10 trays and all 12 end caps. Two trays stayed on the truck.

    The invoice asks for the full order

    The invoice often arrives after the truck is gone. Forward the invoice when it arrives. We pair it with the PO and the slip for you. This one bills every tray and every end cap. The bill matches what you ordered. It does not match what the dock signed for.
