Pay or Hold is offered by LTK Software LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Its registered address is 8 The Green, #22529, Dover, DE 19901. These terms cover the month of service at $99 for one shop, up to 50 packing slips.

The service compares a purchase order, a packing slip, and a supplier invoice, and marks each line pay or hold, with the dollars. It does not send money to the supplier and it does not change QuickBooks. Paying the supplier stays with the shop.

Answers are recommendations. The shop decides what to pay.

Answers are produced by AI and can be wrong, including on lines marked Pay. Check any line you are unsure about before paying. The service is provided as is, without a promise that every answer is correct. To report a wrong answer, write hello@payorhold.com with the invoice number.

Normally, documents received by 2 p.m. Eastern Time on a US business day are answered that day. Documents received later are answered by the next US business day. The answer goes out by email. App notifications come when the app launches.

Documents are deleted when the shop asks. After cancellation, documents are deleted within 30 days, or sooner on request. They are not used to train public AI models.

If the signup email is a company address, the month is for the shop that owns that domain. An address at yourshop.com is for that shop, not a personal mailbox. The person who signs up confirms they can open the month for that shop. A personal address, such as Gmail, does not name a company as the customer.

A shop’s name or logo is placed on this site only after that shop agrees by email to hello@payorhold.com. Signing up does not grant that permission.

Past 50 packing slips in a month, we email a price for the extra slips and charge only after the shop agrees. The monthly price can change with 30 days’ notice. A month already started keeps the price charged for that month.

The card is charged through Stripe before the month starts. Cancel anytime before the next month. A month already started is not refunded.

App coming soon. The iPhone and Android listings are not open yet. Until they are, the receiving link works in any phone browser. The QR codes on this site stay up and open the store pages once those listings are live.

We can end the service if a shop misuses it, including by sending documents it has no right to send.

Liability for the service is limited to the fees paid for that shop in the three months before a claim. Pay or Hold is not liable for a payment the shop sends, or for a document the shop did not send.

These terms follow the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes are decided in the state courts of Delaware or the federal courts located in Delaware.
