LTK Software LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, offers Pay or Hold. Its registered address is 8 The Green, #22529, Dover, DE 19901. This page says what Pay or Hold collects through the website, the service, and the app, and what is done with it.

The contact form collects the name, shop, email, phone, and message you type. The start page collects the name, shop, email, and phone if you enter one. Those are used to reply and to open the month. A hidden field is used to reject automated messages and is not stored when it is filled. The contact form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reject automated messages. That check can set a cookie. It is not used for ads.

The service collects the document photos and files you send, and the emails you forward, including purchase orders, packing slips, and supplier invoices. App coming soon. When the app launches, it asks for the phone camera to photograph a slip, and for permission to send notifications. It then collects a push notification token and basic device information, such as the phone model and operating system. Those details match the privacy labels declared to Apple and Google.

Hosting and storage run on Amazon Web Services. An AI service, Amazon Bedrock, reads the documents to mark each line pay or hold. Resend delivers our emails. Stripe processes payments. Pay or Hold receives that a month was paid for and the email on the receipt. Card numbers stay with Stripe.

Documents are used to mark each line pay or hold. They are not sold. They are not used for advertising, and they are not used to train public AI models. Amazon Bedrock reads them for the check. It does not use them to train public models.

Documents are kept while the shop is active and deleted within 30 days after cancellation, or sooner on request. Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months. Account details are kept while the shop is active and deleted within 30 days after cancellation. Storage is encrypted. Answers are produced by AI. Our team, including staff in India, views documents only to provide support or fix problems with the service.

When the app launches, you can delete the account in the app. Until then, write hello@payorhold.com to delete the account and the documents.

This website does not use advertising cookies. If you allow it, Google Analytics counts visits, including the Start page. The choice is stored in a cookie named payorhold_analytics. Cookie details explain how to change it.

When the email is a company address, the part after the @ sign tells us which shop the account belongs to. We use that to run the month. We do not publish the shop’s name or logo, and we do not tell other shops who uses Pay or Hold, unless that shop agrees by email. A personal address, such as Gmail, is not treated as a company.
